Please read through and confirm your acknowledgement of the requirements to participate as a

vendor with The Main Market.

I understand that booth placement is pre-determined by the organizers.

I understand that electricity is not guaranteed and does not come with my space.

I understand that space is limited as this is an indoor market and I will be provided with

the space of one 6ft table 

I understand that I am expected to arrive at 5pm and setup for 6pm.

I understand that take-down will begin once the market closes at 9pm no earlier.

I understand that I am responsible for removing all of my garbage and belongings and

that I will leave my space as it was presented to me when I arrived.

I understand that I am expected to be respectful towards customers, organizers and

other vendors. I will not use profanity, smoke or consume alcohol on the premises or

participate/conduct illegal activity and that all items for sale must adhere to the laws and

regulations of the Province of Ontario. I further understand if organizers at any point wish

for me to leave the premises for any reason I will be expected to pack up my things

immediately and go, and that no compensation will be provided to me.

I understand that I do not need to provide proof of insurance but that it is strongly

recommended to have to keep myself as a vendor and my belongings safe from any

unlawful activity.

I understand that upon email acceptance into the event, the organizers hereby grant

permission to participate in the 2024 Main Market. I further understand that

the organizers, independent contractors, and all of those associated with The Main Market are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods and that I will be

solely responsible for all of my items I bring into the building and those of my items that

are sold to my customers.

By signing this field, I, the vendor, acknowledge that I have read and will abide by the rules and

regulations of the event organizers with the Main Market and the building hosts EC COMPUTERS and other businesses.I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Town of Lakeshore, The Main Market, its organizers, its sponsors, its agents, servants, employees, trustees, officers, counselors and representatives from any and all liability, loss or damage that The Main Market and associates may suffer as a result of any claims, demands, costs, actions, causes of actions or judgments, including legal fees, asserted against or incurred by the Town of Lakeshore, The Main Market, arising out of, during, or as a result of participation in the Main Market.
