Using Mala Beads To Deepen Your Meditation

For this month's class we will be using Mala beads to help us deepen our meditative practice. We will learn about the significance of the beads, as well as various uses of them. I will guide you through mantras, affirmations, and breathwork using the beads as an anchoring tool. Be ready to experience some amazing results as you utilize this amazing tool in your practice.

A set of 108 mala beads will be provided to you for this class, and they are yours to keep, so you can continue your practice at home.
